Both proofreading and copyediting services are available with guaranteed turnaround times of 48 and 72 hours, depending on the word count. Express turnaround within 24 hours is also available at an extra cost. Please note that proofreading is only available for manuscripts or documents written in native-level English.

I also offer a no-obligation sample edit to all clients. This will allow me to determine the scope of work by looking over the whole manuscript or document, as well as allowing you to be sure that you are happy with my work.

Proofreading

  • Corrects grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

  • Ensures consistency in style and formatting (UK or US English)

  • Light refinements for clarity, without altering sentence structure

Flat Rates

  • Up to 2000 words: $50

  • Up to 5000 words: $100

    For longer documents, a custom quote will be given at a rate of $0.02–0.03 per word.

Copyediting

  • Includes all proofreading services

  • Enhances clarity, sentence structure, and readability

  • Improves word choice and corrects awkward phrasing

  • Ensures adherence to style guides (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.)

Flat Rates

  • Up to 2000 words: $80

  • Up to 5000 words: $160

    For longer documents, a custom quote will be given at a rate of $0.05–0.06 per word.

Developmental Editing

  • Includes all copy editing services

  • Restructures sentences and paragraphs for better flow

  • Provides detailed feedback on argument clarity and coherence

  • Strengthens tone, style, and engagement for the target audience

Flat Rates

  • Up to 2000 words: $150

  • Up to 5000 words: $300

    For longer documents, a custom quote will be given at a rate of $0.07–0.12 per word.
